Grace Rocky Hill Lutheran Church
The Mission of Grace (Rocky Hill) Lutheran Church is to gather and support a community of people who believe and confess that the center of their lives is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As one body we celebrate the Christian Faith, worship God, learn the truths of the Holy Scriptures and pass on this Faith to our children. We endeavor to live our Faith by spreading the Word of God through word and deed to our neighbors near and far.

We are a community of believers who seek, through the exercise of the Spirit's gifts, to build each other up in our most holy faith through:

- Community Lenten, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve Services

Lutheran Statement Of Belief
We at Grace Rocky Hill Lutheran Church believe and trust in the Triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), as do all Lutherans everywhere. We hold that God created and loves all of creation and that God is still at work upholding and renewing His creation daily. We believe that God's Son, Jesus Christ, transforms lives through his death on the cross and his resurrection into new life, and we trust that God's Spirit is active in the world. Our faith is built around a strong belief in God as made known to us in Jesus Christ.
We believe that we are part of God’s unfolding plan. When we gather for worship, we connect with believers everywhere. When we study the Bible or hear God’s word in worship, we are drawn more deeply into God’s own saving story.
We are a community of faith that shares a passion for making positive changes in our community and in the world around us. We work hard to put our faith into action and strive to make a difference for good in practical ways. (adapted from the ELCA statement of belief at www.elca.org)
Father of light, from whom every good gift comes, send Your Spirit into our lives with the power of a mighty wind, and by the flame of Your wisdom open the horizons of our minds. Loosen our tongues to sing Your praise in words beyond the power of speech, for without Your Spirit man could never raise his voice in words of peace or announce the truth that Jesus is Lord, who lives with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.
